What this website collects

The demo request form asks for your name, work email and company, and optionally your phone number, your monthly call volume and a message. Nothing else on the site collects personal data.

Our servers record the usual request information, including your IP address, which we use to rate-limit the form and to keep it from being abused.

What we do with it

A demo request is emailed to our team so we can get back to you about a demo. That is the only thing we use it for. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share it.

If you would rather not use the form, write to contact@nudgevoice.com instead.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited.

Where it is stored

The site is hosted on AWS in the Mumbai region (ap-south-1), and demo requests are delivered through AWS Simple Email Service in the same region. Your request stays in our email until we have finished talking to you about a demo.

Your choices

Write to contact@nudgevoice.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action a deletion request and confirm when it is done.

Borrower data

If you are a borrower who received a call from a NudgeVoice agent, we process your data on behalf of the lender who called you, under our contract with them. Ask that lender to exercise your rights, or write to us and we will pass the request on. Our calling rules — window, contact caps, opt-out and recording — are described on the compliance page.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
