This notice covers nudgevoice.com, our public website. It does not cover the NudgeVoice product itself — data we process for a business that uses NudgeVoice is governed by that business's contract with us.
What this website collects
The demo request form asks for your name, work email, company and industry, and optionally your phone number. Nothing else on the site collects personal data.
Our servers record the usual request information, including your IP address, which we use to rate-limit the form and to keep it from being abused.
What we do with it
A demo request is emailed to our team so we can get back to you about a demo. That is the only thing we use it for. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share it.
If you would rather not use the form, write to contact@nudgevoice.com instead.
Where it is stored
The site is hosted on AWS in the Mumbai region (ap-south-1), and demo requests are delivered through AWS Simple Email Service in the same region. Your request stays with us until we have finished talking to you about a demo.
Your rights under the DPDP Act
Write to contact@nudgevoice.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action a deletion request and confirm when it is done.
If a NudgeVoice agent called you
If you received a call from a NudgeVoice agent, or called a line it answers, we process your data on behalf of the business that runs that line — a lender or a hospital, for example — under our contract with them. Ask that business to exercise your rights, or write to us and we will pass the request on. Our calling rules are described on the compliance page.

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of the page.
