Compliance
Calling rules, enforced in code, per industry
Each industry pack carries its own rules. The system checks them before and during every call and logs every check. Your team can make a rule stricter, never looser.
RBI fair-practice calling window
Calls are placed only between 8 am and 7 pm. Outside the window the dial is held.
Contact caps
Per-borrower limits you set. Once reached, no further dial that period.
Consent
Calls go only to numbers with a consent source on record. A withdrawal takes effect before the next dial.
DND and opt-out
DND status and opt-out requests are checked before each dial. Opt-outs are logged.
Audit export
Every check, call and outcome can be exported for audit.
Facts only
Speaks only from the hospital's published fact cards. Drafts are never spoken.
No clinical interpretation
Does not assess symptoms, interpret reports or state results.
Emergency redirect
An emergency cue gets 'call 112' and a pinned flag for the desk.
Requests, not bookings
Appointment requests wait for the desk to confirm by phone.
Every industry
DPDP Act
Personal data is processed for the stated purpose, with access controls, retention limits and deletion on request.
Disclosure at call start
Each call opens by saying it is an AI assistant, on whose behalf it calls, and that the call is recorded.
Recording
Every call is recorded and transcribed. Retention is set per workspace.
India residency
Call data, recordings and transcripts are stored and processed in India.
Configured industries
Each configured industry gets its own rules before its first call. Campaign calling, for example, uses opted-in lists only, with clear disclosure and opt-out, under promotional-class calling rules. No cold robocalls.
